Shayne, The An1x is capable of good bass- (all the parameters for that are right there- resonance, PWM, etc..). (*I just use it for pads n things though- cause is has a rich texture.) - Like electronic bass?- turn on the Ring modulator & set the 2 oscs. apart in pitch by a 7th or so.
