Sorry for such a subject, but being on this list will urge anyone to 
ask a bunch of pros like yourselves a billion question on 
Synthesizers.

So here goes:
What kind of books do you suggest or recommend on the subject Voice 
engineering, Synthesis, voice making and practical exercises to get 
to know Synthesizers and create own patches.
