Cakewalk would certainly work -- I've used Pro Audio v9 to do this many times -- but if you want to save and recall patches AND program the Annie without tearing your hair out, you need a copy of AN1xEdit, the dedicated AN1x editor/librarian.  It provides a great graphic interface for programming, and it's free!
