You can assign the 2 scenes of any voice to separate midi channels - need to
set the thing to DUAL or SPLIT mode & then set the RxCh in the Utility menu

Yes. Since it's a relatively simply synthesiser when it comes to 
multitimbrality, it's not something I find sorely lacking.
