Hello There,
KX Project ASIO does not support large SysEx transmission... if you 
try to transfer 1 by 1 instead of a Mass dump... you'll see it will 
work... this problem is fixed now in ver.3533 (at least that's what 
Eugene said...) I will be trying it tonight hope you do the same too.
