You'll need to edit the Controller Template to match the MIDI 
CC's to suit your needs. I don't know how else to express that - 
your application of the Controller Template is not what it was 
intended for. You'll need to customize it to suit your needs if you 
choose to continue with this course. The alternative is to build a 
Logic Environment which remaps AN1x parms to Pro-53 parms.

No offense, but I think your time would be better spent studying 
the principles of subtractive synthesis and applying those 
lessons to your Pro-53. IMO, you're application of the Controller 
Template "to dump patches onto a VSTi" is noteworthy but hardly 
an adequate substitute for basic synth programming skills.
