Hi Jimmy,

You might want to check out some the kit marketed towards DJs - there's probably a 
plethora of tempo matching gadgets there. I don't doub thtis kit works as indicated - 
my six year old hardware sampler offers a tap tempo feature in the sequencer which 
works reasonably well.
