I have not tried this personally, because I have a second Mac running OS 9,
but it looks like it may work. Basically, it allows applications running in
Classic to communicate with CoreMidi devices.

Let us know if you try this and it works. I would love to run the Yamaha
editors or the Nord Modular editor with it at some point, if I need to use
my 17² Powerbook or even purchase a G5.
