Just to follow up on Jon's ideas: One way to start to "fix" your problem is to go the Matrix section and delete everything. Turn every Set to Off. After you do this, then learn how to route the controls to your preference and set up the patch the way you like it. One of the biggest mysteries of the AN series is the Depth parameter in the Matrix. You should try out the control very carefully after setting a Depth parameter. Sometimes the results can be unpredictable.
