The gig season has started again up north. We jumped right in, playing all night with virtually no band rehearsal for months. One can argue about realism, but the AM1X cuts through a mix beautifully even with 2 guitarists in the band. There aren't a lot of songs in a garage/bar band repetoire where a synth fits, but when it works the crowd really likes. Something different. With the 2 guitars and the poor bar acoustics I find leads work much better than pads. I haven't had any time to design any new sounds. Had to write a kids book in April for a publishing contest, had to write music for a possible movie trailer, just finished my black belt test, my girl's graduating high school, I've got six cords of wood to cut, got the garden to plant, and I'm supposed to work too. Will post more patches and give more useful information about MIDI CC#1 once things calm down a little. Just got a new keyboard a 70s Kimball Swinger organ. The sound is so dreadfully cheesy I just can't stop playing it.I really wish someone would make a stomp box with that really bad reverb and tremelo sound. Rainbow Jimmy
