hi.while hearing and trying user patches in an1x editor ,suddenly i 
couldn't hear any sound coming through my synth.what can it be?
i tryed headphones ,but there is no any sound?

Ok, where did you get the patch? did you edit it or downloaded it. 
There are some possibilities that the Local on/off was automaticaly 
turned off when openning an An1 file. :-)
