Hey I know it's it's OT, but who would believe the day would come when you could get a polyphonic (albeit only 4 voices) synth for only $1,200.00. I may have to start saving my pennies. Jimmy

Agreed! I have the mopho and love all of it's modulation fun, I only wish the x4 had the voice split of the tetra. Sure, it's not a required feature but it would have been awesome. --- In AN1x-list@yahoogroups.com, "spaceanimals" <jim.alciere@...> wrote:

Hello, i know that you are a moderator on the an1x yahoo list. I can post a message on the list and i don't know why ! [Mod Edit: the list is moderated, i.e. we filter out SPAM and such to aid the list membership. I don't recall seeing a previous post from you, but 99% of the emails are approved and the balance are deleted or reported to Yahoo! Just adding this note to inform you. The rest of your email is unedited. - Jon] here is my message "Hey guyz sorry to post a message that have been probably poster tons of time but i can't find the solutions i'm looking for and maybe this time it would work. I have a an1x since like 1 year now. I try many times to send .mid or .an1 to it by my tc electronics impact twin midi output on macosx but it never really works. Most times 1/2 preset get inside but nothing much. I forgive about doing this because it was pissing me off a lot you know. Recently i buyed a usb to midi tiny interface for 7$ because i've read on the website that it worked well for the guy on his an1x. I downloaded an1xedit on my windows 7. I put my midi to usb interface and try to upload things on an1x by an1xedit. But it fucking never works. Sometimes the screen go blank but nothing more. So i was asking myself where is the fucking problem. i know that usb to midi interface suck because usb isn't really adapted to midi. But for some it works. I don't want to buy a midisport 2x2 if it didn't work again. because it cost much like 60€. i Want to know if i can convert .an1 to .mid ? Or If anyone here have solutions with the impact twin to send .an1. Because .mid worked in the past.. Sorry for my bad english i'm not from england at all and didn't speak really well. Thanks guy Love the an1x anyway.. would be great if i can use the patch to extand my play.." is this possible for you to post it for me ? 2012/8/18 spaceanimals <jim.alciere@...> > ** > > > Hey > > I know it's it's OT, but who would believe the day would come when you > could get a polyphonic (albeit only 4 voices) synth for only $1,200.00. > > I may have to start saving my pennies. > > Jimmy > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

http://www.studiologic-music.com/sledge.html A Waldorf 3 osc. engine, Fatar keyboard , a bunch of knobs and less than 1000 €... It should be nice if there was some sound samples on the website . I suppose it sounds like the Microwave and other Waldorf synths of old, but hear it should be better. For B3 lovers their organ performs well, played by Joe De Francesco at least. Cheers. J.F. P.S.: i don't own any Studiologic shares .... > Message du 20/08/12 11:18 > De : "Andrea Toni" > A : "an1x" > Copie à : > Objet : [AN1x] Re: ot dave smith's mopho X4 > > If u can DIY , You can get a 6 voice poly analog for evene less > > http://mutable-instruments.net/ambika > > 200-300€ for a complete kit with one voicecard. 20-30€ an extra voicecard PCB with > programmed chips ; > and 10-15€ of parts from Reichelt or Mouser to stuff a voicecard. > > Andrea > > >> > > Hey > I know it's it's OT, but who would believe the day would come when you could get a > polyphonic (albeit only 4 voices) synth for only $1,200.00. > I may have to start saving my pennies. > Jimmy > > > > ------------------------------------ > > Community email addresses: > Post message: AN1x-list@yahoogroups.com > Subscribe: AN1x-list-subscribe@yahoogroups.com > Unsubscribe: AN1x-list-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com > List owner: AN1x-list-owner@yahoogroups.com > > Shortcut URL to this page: > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AN1x-list > > > Yahoo!
