Help! Terrible popping sound!

So I just finally got my hands on an AN1X and my excitement was quickly dampened by the fact that it came with a broken A flat key. With considerably more dismantling than I expected, I replaced the key, only to find out there is another problem: When I turn both scenes of a patch on at the same time, I get horrible popping noises, rendering the really awesome scene morph feature useless. Has anyone had this problem and resolved it?
