I am not into the Detroit thing but I am a Junglist
and I am gonna post a whole mess of Basses I have been
working on real soon. since peoples definition of what
the "dub" sound is differs quite a bit I am not sure
what it is your looking for but I got a couple "dub as
in reggae/dancehall" basses on there.

I also make detroit techno, so your not the only one on the list. If you made some great patches, maybe

you can sent them to the list.

Hey there!
I was wondering if anyone out there is using their AN1X for
detroit-style/berlin techno. I'm talking about the phased out dubby stuff
on the Chain Reaction label, Maurizio, Juan Atkins, etc. I'm trying to get
a bank of lush, static-laced chords and dubby bass sounds together and was
looking for some other list members with similar interests. Take care!

Hello Martijn,

That's great that you do detroit/berlin style techno. Do you have any patch sets you'd like to share? How do you go about programming a berlin/detroit voice? What do you start with?

I often start with the "Alan" voice from the original sounds and edit from there. I've gotten some pretty nice results. Anyway, nice to get in touch with you!
