Allthough the presets work fine, often when I make a new patch I get 
a lot of pops, especially while holding a key. Sometimes, fiddling 
the arp/seq settings helps (like, switching Hold on and off 
repeatedly) but in a unpredictable kind of way.

Are you using a Tempo based delay with tempo set to MIDI, by chance ? When set this way with no MIDI tempo information, the delay 
on my AN1x behaves erratically. (I have yet to figure why the tempo information doesn't get through in my case, but it's a cakewalk 
related question).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
