using AN200 editor

I boght me the AN200 today.installing xgworks LE and the AN200 plugin.if i try to open xgworks 3.06 LE in windows XP on my athlon 900 i get a kernel32.dll error. "FT_EXIT4" cant be found in the .dll??? any help???
