Hello again,
Thanks Jon and Bruce. Pretty bizarre... Most of the synths I have
worked with have that option, just figured I couldn't find it... Very
weird option to leave out of a "control" keyboard. What were they
thinking? Guess they had their minds on other things... The sound sure
got plenty of attention! Wow! Consider me blown away... I'd have been
looking all over the place for nothing... Instead of playing with my new
best friend... Yeah, I'll have to re-think my connections. Bummer.
Can't remember if that can be disabled on the ESQm's... Back to the
manuals... Yep, right there in the book - the ESQm's can be set not to
respond to those messages... Brilliant.
Again, many thanks. You guys saved me a lot of time and frustration.

						Have a great week,

The AN1x is not a control keyboard, it's a performance/lead/solo synth. I
have an Yamaha EX5 underneath my AN1x, and that one does all the things
you expect from a master controller (at a considerable higher price).

Yep, the AN1x is considered by many as a modern day classic. You got a
sweet synth there.
