velocity curve

Is there any way to change the velocity curve on the AN1X. I use it
as a controller with my Vintage Keys and I don't seem to get much
variation. Maybe I play too hard.

Have you tried the Vel Curve in the Utility setup? I know it affects the AN1x itself, even in Local Off mode. Maybe it sends different data out, too?

Otherwise, you need an external box to change the velocity curves.

I'm looking at a PDF for an E-mu XL-1 and there is a Master
Velecity Curve parm - your Vintage Keys should have the same (I
fairly certain the old Emax II even had this parm.) There are
MANY free PDFs for E-mu sound modules available from the
E-mu web site if you need one.

Jon
