The Yamaha AN1x Synthesizer mailing list

Hi All:

Is there a way to assign patch browsing to one of the knobs, in the 
same way that there is a way to assign tempo change etc?

If there is a way, it is not obvious from the controller setup page.

I don't think you can do this, but I stand to be corrected. Program 
Change (which is MIDI-ese for patch change) is not a controller message, 
but, well, a program change message.

Oh well. I was hoping that there was an AN1x feature which allowed 
this assignment to a knob, as there is with tempo.
