Same thing happened to mine.

Replacement keys are about a pound each and arrive the next day from yamaha.

I unscrewed my machine. Had one look at it and then rang an engineer. It costs me about fifty quid.

But maybe someone the engineer in your area charges less?

  Subject: [AN1x] Broken key...

  Hi folks!
Sorry if this one has been up for discussion before, but my 4 year
old daughter and a friend of 37! were messing about and managed to
send my AN1x crashing to the floor and damaging (only) one of the
  keys.
Now, i think someone said there were 68 screws or similar to undo
just to get to the keyboard mechanism inside... has anyone done this
and replaced / fixed a key themselves?
I'm slightly worried now that I've removed the case, found a couple
of bits of broken key... it's really hard to see inside and look at
the mechanism, can anyone offer any advice...
I'm devastated as I use it as a control synth and don't have another
keyboard to use, and am not a rich man....

  Any help / advice appreciated!

  Thanks
  steve
