It's written in the An1x manual that if you turn the "Edge" parameter 
to zero, the result will be a sine wave. Though, when using different 
waveforms with the Edge setting to zero, the result sounds different 
from each other. Which one will make the best sine wave?

I'd go with a 50% pulse wave, edge set to zero, then add some 24dB filtering with the keyboard tracking on to remove the leftover harmonics.  Play around with the Cutoff until you start to hear the volume of the sine wave decrease, then turn the knob CW about one clock position (9:00, 10:00, etc.)
