What i would do for drum and bass sounds is play with the VCA 
Feedback thats one way to get a big sound. Also if you looking for 
like a huge shake peoples houses sub bass then turn down the edge on 
both vcos and bring the cutof to about 40 and load it with resonace 
and play with that feedback

All good suggestions...

I would suggest the following:

Set VCO1 to saw with the Pitch set to -12 and Edge set between 0-32; Set VCO2 to 
pulse, Pitch to -24 and Edge set between 64-127; Set PEG Decay to +32 and Depth to 
+3; Set VCF Cutoff to 64 and Resonance to tast - I usd +27 for this Voice; Set the 
VOCx levels to taste under Mix/VCF; Set PB down to -12 under the CtrlMatrix.
