A strange reverb?

Hi, I was in the middle of sequencing a DX200 drum track on my sequencer when i became aware of a nice sounding reverb. The problem was, i couldn't work out where it was coming from! Eventually i discovered that it was an extra reverb effect on the drums over and above the normal dx200 flanger that i had running! It turns out that if you send a Chorus level CC to a drum track (for some reason) it controls a subtle and quite pleasing reverb effect. It definitely isn't, as you would possibly expect, a chorus. The Reverb level CC seems to have no effect. So, with this in mind, i plugged in my AN200 and tried the same thing out. It happens here as well! Note, the synth track doesn't seem to be able to be effected in this way. Only the drum tracks. Has anyone else found this? What could be causing this??
