"SUPERVISOR: Data-Error" or "Bad Memory Structure" while running Cubase 2.0

My Atari doesn´t work anymore under Cubase 2.0.
Has somebody experience with the following error codes?

"SUPERVISOR: Data-Error!

Bad Memory Structure

Track removed!"

IS there a problem inside Cubase or is  something damaged in the 
computers hardware?
