Atari-Midi Archives

Dear Members:

Excuse me for sounding totally naive but I'm hoping someone can help. 
I have a Dx7, and downloaded a file from this site of sounds that I 
would like to put on it. How do I go about it? What equipment do I 
need? Is it relatively simple? Does anyone have a link to a step=by-
step tutorial? Feel free to either post a reply or drop me an email.
