Is there any reason you're not getting all this data from the data sheet? The data sheets are all available from Atmel's website and contain all the info you would need. If it's not in the data sheet, there's most likely also an application note that has further data. Usually 10 minutes of looking around the site will yield nore than enough data. The FIRST thing I do when I want to work with a new part (not just AVR's) is download the data sheet if I can find it. Usually just entering the part number on Google will come up with it.
