You are asking the most basic questions that can be asked. I do suggest that you need to do some homework. Read the data sheets, there is a lot of information there. Put what you read into context. Go to Wikipedia and look these things up. Use Google or hit the library for books on embedded processors. We could spend weeks playing "20 questions" on these topics and you'd only half get what you need. Study up on the topics that you don't understand and ask us specific questions to clarify key points where you don't fully understand it.
