Data stack and return stack, yes.  I've written a number of C compilers
for stack machines.

Forth Inc, www.forth.com, and IRTC Forth from MPE
(www.mpeltd.demon.co.uk) although RAM Technology wrote it, IIRC.  There
may be more, but these are the two that come to mind.
