AVR-Chat

Hi,
   Has anybody worked on building a embedded web server on an 8051 
platform? I know there are a couple of projects on the net but all 
use some high end variant which is not available here (india).
Does somebody have a usable schematic? I am not familiar with 
interfacing ethernet controllers (RTL8019 or CS8900) please help me 
out.

does anybody where i can buy an AVR microcontroller in India?
