You might find it valuable to visit one or two to get a feel for what they are charging you for. Bob gave a nice run down but plant tours are always illuminating. Also see if they'll give you a quote for consignment as well as turn key. That'll give you some idea of what they are charging for parts, you may find turnkey is cheaper than consignment or it may be far more expensive. Different houses specialize in different methods. I do see more pushing for turn-key though.
