   1)   UAC has been turned off since day *ONE*N onj this machine

   2)   There is *NO* "free downgrade" available for purchasers of HP
machines, at least not when they were purchased through best buy, as
this one was, out of financial necessity,

    Yes, and I am *UNABLE* to get bany form of dual booting or WM
working o nthis piece of crap machine, so Linnux isn';t an option
either.   Since I have over 1565 GB of data and apps on this machine,
I ***CANNOT*** simnply reformat.
