Got my first 0201's a couple of days ago. Pro: They don't take a lot of board space and their RF parameters are very good. Contra: I always turn blue while soldering them (because I don't dare to breath when they're finally positioned on their copper dots (aka "pads") until the solder solidified again). ;-))
