Don, What was your charges? S&H or other taxes? If they are anything like Mark has said I may just try to etch a board and hold the part on it with my finger to try to program it. Actually I would rather solder it to a board and use hot air to remove it once programmed. $30 is kinda steep for S&H. Don't know about the inport fee but I will NOT pay that, of coarse I am not in Brasil either. Their website is kinda hard to get around for me, which I don't like.
