Hi all,

Sorry I have been quiet lately, but life has gone from bad to worse lol

Bad news is I split up 2 weeks ago with my partner of 5 years. (she just so
happened to ring me A while I was in hospital and B as the nurse was trying
to get a cathaer in lol)

Good news is that we will still be friends, but I am moving to a house on my
own, which is great as I can do what I want when I want (and I do not have
to worry about kids touching my office :))

My phone should be on in the new place sometime Friday, so my server will
not be down for more than a few hours.

I hope you are all well, apart from the bladder problems I am doing well (I
am able to walk about 5 Km a day without getting tired (all in one
go) so my fitness is improving and I have lost ~30Kgs in 2 months (23 was
done in 11 days of being unconcious in ICU lol))
