If you can get a resolution from NSLOOKUP, that means that you have connectivity to the DNS server, not the site. The next thing to check is to try to ping the site (first by name and if that fails then by IP address.) If you are able to ping the site, then the trouble is probably with your browser. If you cannot ping the site, then try a TRACERT and see where you are loosing the connection; if only one hop or so, then the trouble is probably with your network of service provider, if more than one hop, then it is probably at the distant end, and you probably cannot do anything about it.
