But i can fix the problem soldering a 1K Pull UP in the TCK line of JTAG in
the ATmega164P board ... I don“t see anything about this in the datasheet
but works.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
