Share a memory 24C256

Hi !!!

Is possible share a i2c 24256 with 2 AVRS  ??? I have a dedicade PIN in both
where when 1 the AVR Master iss writing then other AVR  wait and vice versa
when the pin is 0

Anyone make this circuit ?
