I have used the ISD2560, ie 60seconds, back in 2003. The ISD2590 is obviously 90 seconds. I found there to be quite a bit of learning involved, depending on how you want to use it. You can address the chip directly, but you have to know where the messages are, you you do it per message, by skipping, but then you must keep tabs ion message length and sequence. I used a pic.. There are app notes and faq's on the net.
