There has been a spate of "forged" AVRs from China. I would not be  
surprised if there are also some that failed test but got stolen and  
sold. That was a BIG problem in the US a few years back, so I'd not be  
surprised if that tactic shows up again.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
