Thanks, John. I have both an Atmel STK500 and JTAG Mk2, and both have 2x3 and 2x5 headers on them for programming. I presume the 2 PDI pins should map to 2 pins on each of these headers, but the manuals for both of these don't mention PDI at all. How does one connect it up? Is there any way to use the old ISP with xmega's?
