AVR-Chat

Hey there :)   My whole AVR project got pushed asside due to a lack of funds so I haven't been on here in a long time.
 
I hope I don't PO anyone but I'm trying to get some help with another circuit  I'm designing (see imageshack link below).
I've tried some other forums but I don't think anyone wants to deal with it lol

Essentially I'm trying to get two circuits to control one set of lights.
The signal works alone, the marker works alone.
But when all three are connected power from the marker circuit no longer makes it to the bulbs. The signal circuit continues to work normally though. I don't get it...
 
I'd appreciate any assistance.
