You need to go to the download section and choose opensprinkler and then
hardware.

 

There is a PNG schematic in there.

It appears the design was done in Eagle as there is a board and schematic
file for them on there too.

I cannot find the electrical diagram, do you know if I can get it so I'll
create my circuit with my ATmega8535.
