Can anyone recommend a good C++ book/web site for someone who knows C and wants to transition to C++ (specifically in an AVR environment)? I am currently working my way through "C++ Fro Programmers" by Paul J. Deitel. It was the only thing I could find at Barnes & Noble that didn't look too skewed towards MS VC++ and would serve as a "reference" book (i.e.: good index, etc.) in addition to a guide. I use MS VC# for PC-based projects (I'm good enough to get things done but not what I would call an expert C# programmer) so I am somewhat familiar with OOD.
