Maybe he has trouble in expressing his concepts in language that you, and others skilled in the art can understand. That's the real problem created by too many specialists and jargon; and not enough individuals who _understand_ the concepts of disparate disciplines. NB: I don't wish to add to the credibility of the "Perfect Data" thingy.
