In a similar vein, I'm thinking of obtaining a dishwasher for cleaning boards. I'm not sure wether this is urban legend or not, but I have heard that they are sometimes used to clean boards.. I wouldn't be able to supply it with distilled water though, City water would have to do, though a distilled rinse would certainly be workable. Thoughts?
