	Fully init. Every register.

	You hit the target!  
	I delayed the TIMER2 init sequence and it works ok now.  
	Thanks for the tip!

	Interesting that the problem is with TIMER2 only. The others aren't
affected. Maybe this is a PWM module issue.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
