You won't get 0.5% accuracy using the internal reference of an AVR,
especially over temperature, they are only accurate to a few percent.
Also, do you what *absolute* accuracy, or *relative* accuracy between
two channels?, many people don't realise the difference.
Your best bet is to use a nice external reference chip better than 0.5%
over temperature.
Make sure you get your star grounding correct too.
