Hi,
 
I use this one with home made Multipoint protocol for my home
automation:

Nice and simple to use.
Only negative is the delay of ca. 25ms between send (master) and receive
(slaves).

Here are some companies to check out:

    RFM (RF monolithics)  http://www.rfm.com/
    ChipCon    http://www.chipcon.com/
    and LINX technologies. http://www.linxtechnologies.com/

The LINX modules are very easy to use. Most of these you will need to 
design your own media access control to prevent collisions, etc.
