It's that first step that's the toughie :)  AKA, just a matter of 
code.

Has anyone done this ?  I'm sure it's out there somewhere, just have 
to find it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
