If all else fails, have what you would like to print on the screen 
and then do Alt-PrintScreen.  This puts the screen image into the 
clipboard.
 Run an image editor like PhotoShop, PaintShop Pro, or GIMP.  Paste 
the clipboard into a new image and remove all that you don't want to 
print.  The resulting image can be printed as a bit map in color.
